Vanilla Protein Cake Crumbles & Yogurt

Protein Cake Crumbles and Yogurt

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop WowMoms Vanilla Protein Powder 
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp granulated sweetener
  • Pinch sea salt
  • Pinch ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp natural almond butter
  • 1 tbsp agave
  • 1 tsp unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 cups nonfat Greek Vanilla yogurt
  • Birthday cake sprinkles

Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, protein, granulated sweetener, salt and cinnamon and mix well.
  2. Mix in nut butter and maple syrup until a very crumbly mixture has formed. Using a teaspoon, add milk until a the mixture thickens slightly but is still crumbly.
  3. Layer into 2 jars - crumble mix, sprinkles, yogurt, crumble mix, sprinkle, yogurt.
  4. Enjoy right away!
