Protein Cake Crumbles and Yogurt
- 1 scoop WowMoms Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 2 tbsp granulated sweetener
- Pinch sea salt
- Pinch ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp natural almond butter
- 1 tbsp agave
- 1 tsp unsweetened almond milk
- 2 cups nonfat Greek Vanilla yogurt
- Birthday cake sprinkles
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, protein, granulated sweetener, salt and cinnamon and mix well.
- Mix in nut butter and maple syrup until a very crumbly mixture has formed. Using a teaspoon, add milk until a the mixture thickens slightly but is still crumbly.
- Layer into 2 jars - crumble mix, sprinkles, yogurt, crumble mix, sprinkle, yogurt.
- Enjoy right away!
