Protein Peanut Butter Spread
- 1 scoop WowMoms Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Powder
- ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 2 tbsp powdered natural sweetener
- ½ cup natural peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- In a small bowl, whisk together ¼ cup of the milk, protein and sweetener until smooth.
- Whisk in the peanut butter and the remaining ¼ cup of milk until completely smooth. Give it a taste and add more sweetener or a pinch of salt to taste.
- Scoop into a jar and refrigerate.
- Serve on whole wheat bread with banana slices, honey, and coconut flakes or in any other way you wish.
