- 1 scoop WowMoms Chocolate protein Powder
- 1 cup oats
- 1/4 cup coconut cream or honey
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Toppings: 1 tbsp coconut oil, a few drops pink food coloring, unsweetened shredded coconut
- Add all ingredient into a large bowl and combine well using your hands.
- Roll into small ball. Roll right away in coconut oil and pink color mixture and then roll in shredded coconut.
- Place in fridge or freezer to set for about 20-30 minutes.
- Store in a container in the fridge throughout the week. Enjoy!
