Cinnamon Protein Pancakes



  1. Combine egg whites, oatmeal, cottage cheese, protein, sweetener, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a bowl. Combine well.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and spray with cooking spray.
  3. Pour 1/3 cup batter into the skillet. Cook until bubbles form, 3-4 minutes. Flip and cook until golden on the other side. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  4. Mix protein and water for sauce and for over pancakes and enjoy!
