Cinnamon Protein Pancakes
- 1 scoops WowMoms Cinnabun Protein Powder
- 1/2 scoop WowMoms Vanilla Protein Powder
- 2 cups egg whites
- 2 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp powdered sweetener
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch cinnamon
- Topping: Protein sauce - Cinnamon protein + water
- Combine egg whites, oatmeal, cottage cheese, protein, sweetener, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a bowl. Combine well.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and spray with cooking spray.
- Pour 1/3 cup batter into the skillet. Cook until bubbles form, 3-4 minutes. Flip and cook until golden on the other side. Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Mix protein and water for sauce and for over pancakes and enjoy!
